Loeb & Loeb represented United Building Solutions, LLC (UBS), a leading provider of heating, ventilation and air conditioning services in the Northeast U.S., in its sale by Crescendo Capital Partners to AE Industrial Partners, a private equity firm specializing in national security, aerospace and industrial services.
Crescendo, in partnership with NewSpring Capital, created UBS with the acquisitions of Lor-Mar Mechanical Services, Inc. in 2020, and Unitemp, Inc., Mechanical Degrees, Inc. and A&B HVAC Services, Inc. in 2022. Under Crescendo’s leadership, UBS transitioned from a collection of mechanical service providers into a trusted full-service partner for building owners, offering design-build, installation, renovation, preventative maintenance, repair, building controls and analytics.
