Stephen I. Budow

Stephen represents and advises companies in a broad range of corporate, finance and securities matters, including mergers and acquisitions, financings, capital market transactions, corporate governance and general corporate law, as well as high net worth individuals. The clients vary in size from startups and small “family-owned businesses” to public companies.

Stephen’s clients include private equity sponsors, mezzanine funds and high net worth individuals, engaged in a wide variety of businesses, including the craft industry, technology architecting and sourcing, food sourcing and distribution, soft drink bottling and construction businesses. He also has experience advising New York City real estate developers in real estate acquisitions, financings, co-oping and condominium conversions, and leasing.
