Overview
Stephen Budow represents public and private companies in a broad range of corporate, finance and securities matters, including mergers and acquisitions, financings, capital market transactions and general corporate law.
Stephen has extensive experience representing private companies, private equity sponsors, investment funds and other private investment funds in a wide range of corporate and finance matters, including financings, acquisitions, dispositions, corporate governance, strategic partnerships, joint ventures and other commercial transactions. In particular, he regularly works with mezzanine and senior lenders and borrowers in asset-based and cash flow loans for refinancings, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, restructurings and other general business matters. He also has experience advising New York City real estate developers in real estate acquisitions, financings, dispositions and leases.
Stephen’s clients include companies across a diverse range of industries, including finance institutions, real estate, manufacturing, distribution, technology, software and hardware.
