Loeb & Loeb is pleased to share that Entertainment associates Willie Jones, Colleen Kelley and Megan Pekar have been honored in the 2025 “Next Big Thing (N.B.T.) Industry Directory” by MusicRow.
Now in its sixth year, MusicRow’s "N.B.T. Industry Directory" is the first and only list of its kind, showcasing Nashville music business professionals who occupy important roles at their respective companies. This class of 104 professionals are on a trajectory of excellence to successfully lead the Nashville music industry into the future.
Willie focuses his practice on transactions involving the music industry, as well as copyright and other intellectual property matters, including structuring and negotiating recording agreements, distribution agreements, brand partnership agreements, audio-visual production agreements and merchandise agreements.
Like Willie, Colleen concentrates on transactions within the music sector, as well as matters related to copyright and other IP, from negotiating recording contracts, artist performance, appearance and event agreements to advising clients on music licensing matters.
Megan regularly represents songwriters in music catalog sales, music publishing and administration matters. She also negotiates songwriter representation and handles a variety of audits, including royalty audits for artists, producers and songwriters.
