Loeb Represents NV5 in Acquisition of CHW Professional Consultants

Loeb & Loeb LLP advised NV5 Global, Inc., a technology, conformity assessment and consulting solutions company, in its acquisition of CHW Professional Consultants, a full-service civil consulting company.

The acquisition aims to strengthen NV5's presence in Florida, by providing full-service engineering capabilities and expanding its platform throughout the state.
