Loeb & Loeb LLP represented Ivanhoé Cambridge and its partner Callahan Capital Properties, as landlord, in two separate leases to 21st Century Fox and News Corp totaling over 1.2 million square feet of office space at 1211 Avenue of the Americas in Midtown Manhattan. The two media companies will retain their corporate headquarters at the office tower, where together they will lease 60 percent of the building.
Fox extended its lease through 2025 and expanded its space by nearly 130,000 square feet across three floors, bringing its total space to 777,000 square feet. News Corp leased 444,000 square feet through 2027.
