Alicia Clough – Litigation, Los Angeles
Alicia Clough has long represented California state agencies in complex litigation, enforcing the state’s environmental laws and other regulations, successfully taking one case to trial and prevailing against an oil and gas company that had sued the State of California, seeking $161 million. Alicia also has a specialized practice representing state governmental entities, including the State of California, in enforcing unclaimed property laws, securing judicial relief and negotiating settlements. Alicia also focuses her practice on business litigation, often concentrating on corporate reorganizations, creditors’ rights, and bankruptcy laws. Additionally, she has handled patent and trademark infringement cases, representing clients through all stages of litigation. Alicia received her J.D. from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law and her B.A., cum laude, from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Rich Facundo – Finance, New York
Richard Facundo represents banks and financial institutions in private banking and commercial lending, including secured and unsecured transactions. His practice includes financings structured around hedge fund interests, private equity interests, margin lending and fine art, representing lenders and agent banks in syndicated and club deals. Richard also assists clients with fund financing transactions, including capital call and management fee facilities. He received his J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law and his B.A., summa cum laude, from the City University of New York at Queens College.
Harrison Finch – Capital Markets and Corporate, Los Angeles
Harrison Finch maintains a broad-based corporate practice, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, partnerships, commercial transactions and general business matters. He provides detailed advice to close deals and help clients achieve their objectives and navigate complex legal and commercial challenges. He received his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law and his B.S. from Vanderbilt University.
Jill Jones – Real Estate, Los Angeles
Jill Jones maintains a diverse transactional real estate practice, focusing on private clients, luxury homes, and general commercial real estate, development and land use matters. She represents clients in navigating complex legal issues related to large-scale projects, including public-private development projects, and has led the entitlement process for several boutique hotels. A former senior deputy attorney at the Los Angeles County Counsel’s office, Jill’s relationships at various government agencies are instrumental to getting development projects across the finish line. Jill received her J.D. from the UC Berkeley School of Law, her M.A., magna cum laude, from the International Institute for the Sociology of Law and her B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
David Manella – Entertainment, New York
David Manella’s practice covers a wide spectrum of transactional work in the film, television, theater and digital media industries. His experience includes the representation of financial institutions and production companies in complex financings for the production and distribution of entertainment media and the negotiation of rights acquisitions for the development of audiovisual and live stage projects. David also regularly serves as production counsel on film, television and live stage productions. He received his J.D. from Columbia Law School, his M.F.A. from the Columbia School of the Arts and his B.A., summa cum laude, from Harvard University.
John Monterubio – Advanced Media & Technology, New York
John Monterubio has a broad transactional and advisory practice spanning advertising, media, entertainment, technology and artificial intelligence (AI). He regularly counsels clients on complex transactions, including master services agreements; software, data and intellectual property licenses; outsourcing; and joint ventures. John is at the forefront of AI, working on deals involving generative AI tools, data licensing for AI model training and AI-driven advertising services. On the advisory side of his practice, he assists clients with deploying AI across their business in a practical manner that mitigates risk while giving business teams the flexibility to leverage AI’s benefits. John also counsels clients on SAG-AFTRA, endorsements, influencers, data privacy, and advertising claims substantiation. He received his J.D., cum laude, and M.B.A. from the American University Washington College of Law and his B.A. from the University of Southern California. Prior to earning his J.D./M.B.A., John worked in adtech.
Kensi Wolgamott – Private Client, Washington, D.C.
Kensington (Kensi) Wolgamott advises a variety of tax-exempt organizations at all stages of development, including formation, ongoing operations and other major organizational events. Her clients include public charities, private foundations, social welfare organizations and high net worth individuals, encompassing a wide range of athletes, celebrities and entrepreneurs and their philanthropic goals. Her practice focuses on helping organizations and individuals navigate the unique federal and state requirements that apply to tax-exempt nonprofit organizations in matters of charitable giving, programs and activities, and internal governance. In this capacity, Kensi regularly advises on complex grant and pledge agreements, board best practices, corporate restructurings, scholarship programs, income-generating activities, and numerous other programmatic and transactional matters. Kensi also has significant experience with various types of cause marketing promotions, working with both for-profit partners and charitable beneficiaries on compliance matters related to their charitable marketing campaigns. She received her J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School and her B.A. from American University.
