Loeb & Loeb Continues to Grow Its Real Estate Practice with Addition of Gillian Kessler

Loeb & Loeb is pleased to announce the arrival of Gillian Kessler to the firm’s New York office where she joins as a partner in the Real Estate department. 

“Gillian’s experience in leasing, financing, acquisitions and sales perfectly complements our robust capabilities and further strengthens our market-leading, national real estate practice,” said Raymond Sanseverino, chair of Loeb & Loeb’s Real Estate department. 

Kessler advises clients on a wide array of sophisticated commercial real estate matters, including retail and office leasing as well as single asset and portfolio acquisitions and sales. She also represents clients in the financing and refinancing of office buildings, shopping centers, hotels, mixed-use and multi-family properties through both institutional and private lenders, negotiating joint ventures, ground leasing and zoning lot mergers.

Kessler earned her J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, and her B.A. from University of Michigan. She joins Loeb & Loeb from Morrison Cohen.
