Advised participants in public/private development transactions, including the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) in its redevelopment of New York's Grand Central Terminal, the Empire State Development Corporation in its proposed redevelopment of New York's James A. Farley Post Office into the new "Penn Station," and prominent developers in their proposed development of a mixed-use building above New York's Port Authority Bus Terminal.
