Overview
Sue Zhong focuses her practice on a diverse range of intellectual property matters, including trademark, copyright, advertising and internet law. She has extensive experience assisting leading multinational and domestic companies in developing and managing their IP portfolios. Her clients span a broad spectrum of industries, including consumer goods, aerospace, software and systems, entertainment, digital content and media, toy, medical appliances, sporting goods and hospitality.
Sue advises clients on the clearance, registration, protection, maintenance, licensing and enforcement of trademarks and other IP assets. She has significant experience managing matters related to the infringement of trademarks, copyrights, domain names, trade names, trade dress, trade secrets and other forms of unfair competition. She regularly counsels clients in navigating complex disputes involving IP before administrative enforcement authorities and Chinese courts at all levels.
