Loeb & Loeb LLP advised NV5 Global, Inc. in connection with its $302,500,000 acquisition of Quantum Spatial, Inc. (QSI), the nation’s largest full-service geospatial solutions provider. The deal is an all-cash transaction and QSI is expected to generate $30 million of EBITDA on 2019 expected gross revenues of $128 million.
