Overview
Norwood Beveridge represents companies and financial intermediaries in all forms of capital markets transactions, including the development and execution of new financial products. He advises issuers, underwriters and placement agents in the U.S. and overseas in complex cross-border capital market transactions.
A significant portion of Norwood’s practice involves the representation of newly public companies. He is passionate about the evolution of common governance and transaction execution principles and works closely with clients in Asia and in the U.S. to identify strategic opportunities for growth.

Norwood represents clients with regard to SEC registration procedures, disclosure drafting, and execution of private placements, public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, cybersecurity issues and special purpose acquisition corporation transactions. Recently, he has also worked with clients in transactions involving cryptocurrencies, as well as significant up-listing transactions.
