Overview
Megan Stombock is a corporate lawyer concentrating her practice on mergers and acquisitions, private fund formation and investments, private equity and venture capital investments, acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures, and other general corporate matters and transactions. She works with clients in a range of industries, with particular experience in the areas of technology, media and entertainment, including live theater. Megan also has experience with executive compensation and benefits, and corporate issues specific to nonprofit organizations.
