Gillian Kessler maintains a broad real estate practice, with a focus on representing purchasers, sellers, owners, investors and lenders on single asset and portfolio acquisitions and sales.

Gillian has experience representing both landlords and tenants in all areas of commercial leasing and retail leasing transactions throughout the nation. She also works with clients in the financing and refinancing of office buildings, shopping centers, hotels and mixed-use and multi-family properties through both institutional and private lenders, negotiating joint ventures, ground leasing and zoning lot mergers.
