Andrew (Andy) Arsiotis is a highly experienced corporate lawyer focusing on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and general company matters. Andy regularly represents clients in a variety of commercial transactions, including business combinations, private equity transactions, mezzanine debt financings, startup company formation and financings, and corporate restructurings.
