Andrew (Andy) Arsiotis is a highly experienced corporate lawyer focusing on mergers and acquisitions, private investment funds, corporate finance and general company matters. Andy regularly represents clients in a variety of commercial transactions, including business combinations, private equity transactions, leveraged buyouts, mezzanine debt financings, startup company formations, financings and corporate restructurings.
