Loeb Represents Ingenuity Studios in Becoming Part of Streamland Media

Loeb & Loeb represented Ingenuity Studios, a full-service visual effects studio serving feature film, episodic television, music video and advertising clients, in becoming part of Streamland Media’s global post-production offerings.

Headquartered in Los Angeles, with offices in New York, Vancouver and Atlanta, Ingenuity Studios has worked alongside the industry's top creative visionaries by seamlessly integrating visual effects to advance their stories. The transaction will allow Ingenuity Studios to further expand Streamland Media's offerings to content creators worldwide, which include customized services from its picture division, Picture Shop; visual effects division, Ghost VFX; sound division, Formosa Group; and marketing division, Picture Head. 
The Loeb team that represented Ingenuity Studios was led by Arash Khalili, co-chair of the firm’s Capital Markets & Corporate department and Sports industry practice, Corporate partner Ann Chen, Tax partner Shahrooz Shahnavaz and Corporate associate Camila Piedrahita.
