Loeb Guides Kyocera Corporation in SLD Laser Acquisition

Loeb & Loeb represented Kyocera Corporation, one of the world’s leading suppliers of industrial and automotive components, semiconductor packages, electronic devices, smart energy systems, printers, copiers and mobile phones, in its acquisition of SLD Laser (now known as Kyocera SLD Laser), a leader in commercialization of gallium nitride-based laser light sources. Following the acquisition, Kyocera SLD Laser will continue to pioneer the future of light by developing, manufacturing and marketing innovative laser-based products with high efficiency and luminance for mobility, specialty lighting, consumer and industrial applications.
