CuriosityStream to Go Public Via $330 Million Merger

Loeb & Loeb LLP represented Clint Stinchcomb, the President and CEO of CuriosityStream, in connection with CuriosityStream’s $330 million merger with SPAC Software Acquisition Group Inc. CuriosityStream is a factual media and entertainment company that offers video programming including documentaries, TV shows, and short form video content to subscribers, and was founded by John Hendricks, who previously founded the Discovery Channel.
