Obtained Dismissal of Copyright Infringement Claims Regarding Use of a Music Library

Obtained dismissal of a copyright infringement suit filed against 20th Century Fox, DirecTV and Big Ten Network in the Central District of California in which the plaintiffs, a production music library and a music library licensing agent, claimed that the defendants infringed hundreds of their musical compositions.
