Loeb and Two Partners Selected Among Shortlist Finalists for 2025 Managing IP Americas Awards

Loeb & Loeb is proud to share that the firm and Melanie Howard, chair of the firm’s Intellectual Property Protection and Luxury Brands practices and deputy chair of the Advanced Media & Technology department, and Litigation partner Tal Dickstein have been named as shortlist finalists for Managing IP’s 2025 Americas Awards.

The Managing IP Awards is one of the most comprehensive and widely respected IP law firm awards and recognizes remarkable intellectual property-related achievements and developments in the last year. Now in its 20th year, the program covers several IP practice areas and more than 50 jurisdictions.

Melanie is recognized among the shortlist finalists for the “Trademark Prosecution Practitioner of the Year” award, while Tal is recognized among the shortlist finalists for the “Copyright Practitioner of the Year” award. 

In addition, Managing IP shortlisted Loeb as a leading firm in the following practices:

  • U.S. Nationwide Copyright Firm of the Year
  • U.S. Nationwide PTAB Firm of the Year
  • Copyright Firm of the Year (U.S. Eastern and U.S. Western Regions)
  • Trademark Disputes Firm of the Year (U.S. Midwest and U.S. Western Regions)
  • Trademark Prosecution Firm of the Year (U.S. Western Region)

The final recipient of each category will be announced at the Managing IP Awards ceremony on April 24, 2025, in New York City.
