Counseled Bank of China in Receivership Jury Trial

Represented the Bank of China in a receivership jury trial against the landlord of a 330,000-square-foot office building who was asking for approximately $5 million in damages. Mr. Given limited the recovery to $14,000, convinced the Texas Supreme Court to reverse a court of appeals sua sponte dismissal of the case and won a dismissal of a separate conspiracy case brought by the landlord against the Bank.
