$40 million loan to Major Real Estate Developer

Represented a global investment bank, as lender, in connection with a $40 million loan to a major real estate developer secured by vacant land on Avenue of the Americas in Manhattan. Of the $40 million loan, $9.6 million is new financing for the property and the remainder is refinancing and assumption of pre-existing debt.
