Examples of his recent accomplishments include representing Cindy Crawford with her recently launched Casamigos Jalapeño Tequila brand and advising the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee on Salt Lake City’s approved proposal to host the 2034 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games.

Scott is recognized for his dual entertainment and gaming practice, including his representation of Alcon Entertainment in collaboration with Amazon Prime for the TV series Blade Runner 2099 and with Supercell Oy, a Finnish mobile developer, in an agreement involving Clash of Clans, one of the most popular mobile games of 2024.

In addition, Marc is lauded for his continuous representation of Oprah Winfrey and Harpo Studios, particularly with Oprah’s publishing deal with Penguin Random House for her 2024 best-selling book, Build the Life You Want, and for advising Hearst’s King Features on negotiating production and licensing deals with entertainment powerhouses like Disney, Netflix and Chernin Media.

Furthermore, David is noted for his recent win on behalf of media giant Paramount Pictures in a copyright infringement dispute involving the film Infinite. The profile also highlights his impressive roster of clients, including NBCUniversal, Netflix and Christina Aguilera.

John is highlighted for securing two recent wins for Miramax in breach of contract and copyright infringement disputes. When discussing entertainment-related litigation, John told the publication that arbitration has become one of the go-to forums: “Most disputes these days are really handled in the arbitration venue, and that’s changed the landscape for plaintiffs bringing claims,” he said.
