Phil Lerch

Phil Lerch is a partner in the firm’s Real Estate Investments & Transactions department. Phil has nearly two decades of experience advising clients on diverse real estate transactions, with a particular focus on representing lenders and borrowers across various financing structures, from construction to permanent loans, including in the origination, syndication, modification, workout and foreclosure of those loans.

Phil also has extensive experience representing buyers and sellers of commercial real property and real estate-secured loans and advising developers, investors and other property operators on transactions in California and nationwide.
