Loeb & Loeb represented Crocs in leasing two prime retail locations in New York City, including a new global flagship in SoHo and a storefront near Herald Square.
Crocs has signed a lease for a 4,200-square-foot space at 543 Broadway in SoHo, marking a significant move for the brand as it introduces unique design elements not seen in other Crocs stores worldwide. The flagship is set to open this summer in a prime retail corridor.
Additionally, Crocs has opened at 140 West 34th Street near Herald Square while its existing store at 152 West 34th Street undergoes renovations. The new space places Crocs in a bustling retail district.
