Nancy Jacobson has more than 30 years of experience advising public and private companies in complex business transactions of all types. She is a diverse transactional lawyer who has provided corporate counsel to businesses in a variety of industries, including technology, entertainment, financial services, health care, manufacturing and distribution, real estate and legal.

Nancy handles a wide range of corporate transactions, with a primary focus on strategic mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, venture capital investments, leveraged buyouts and private equity transactions. Nancy’s experience also extends to corporate governance and securities matters, including Securities and Exchange Commission reporting and compliance, public offerings, asset-based lending and sale-leaseback financings and project financing.
