Loeb & Loeb represented Gomboc AI, a deterministic AI-powered infrastructure remediation platform, in its $13 million seed funding round. The funding includes a new $8 million investment led by Ballistic Ventures, with continued support from Glilot Capital Partners and Hetz Ventures, building on an initial $5 million seed investment co-led by Glilot and Hetz.
The funding will accelerate Gomboc AI’s mission to eliminate the security backlog that delays critical business transformation.
Founded in 2022, Gomboc AI specializes in cloud security remediations, delivering a deterministic AI solution to fix security misconfigurations in cloud environments. The platform integrates with cloud infrastructure through Infrastructure as Code, enabling organizations to remediate misconfigurations while preserving functionality and agility, eliminate security backlogs, reduce attack surfaces and free up engineering resources to drive innovation.
The Loeb team was led by Lloyd Rothenberg, co-chair of the firm’s Capital Markets & Corporate department, and included Corporate senior counsel Nancy Jacobson, associate Jahnvi Desai and paralegal Susan Zalduendo.
