Loeb & Loeb represented Horizon Sports & Experiences (HS&E), a New York-based full-service agency, in its acquisition of Strategic, a leading sports, lifestyle and entertainment marketing agency.
The acquisition strengthens HS&E’s event, experiential and sponsorship capabilities while expanding its overall business strategy.
The Loeb team provided comprehensive representation to HS&E throughout the acquisition, including preparing and negotiating the transaction documents and advising on tax- and employment-related matters.
