Loeb & Loeb Represents Nature Wood Group Closing of $6.75 Million IPO

Loeb & Loeb represented Nature Wood Group, a leading global vertically-integrated forestry company that focuses on Forest Stewardship Council business operations, in the closing of its initial public offering of 750,000 American Depositary Shares (ADS) totaling $6.75 million. The ADS’ began trading on September 12, 2023, on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol “NWGL” and closed on September 14, 2023.
