Overview
Rongwei Xie is a corporate and capital markets lawyer focusing his practice on corporate, securities, and mergers and acquisitions. Rongwei advises companies on matters related to SEC disclosure obligations, stock market listing and compliance requirements, mergers and acquisitions, private placements, and public offerings, including SPAC IPOs.
During law school, Rongwei served as a judicial intern to the Hon. Elizabeth Stong of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York and the Hon. Brian Jackson of the U.S. District Court of the Middle District of Louisiana.
