Loeb represented Curaleaf Holdings, Inc. in the negotiation and the closing of a $300 million senior secured term loan facility. As noted in Curaleaf’s press release, the proceeds will be used to “refinance existing debt, satisfy transaction fees and expenses from previously announced acquisitions, fund capital expenditures, and for general corporate purposes.” The Loeb deal team included attorneys Barry Mehlman (corporate), Miriam Cohen (finance), and Rich Facundo (finance), as well as paralegals Susan Zalduendo and Loukia Harris.
