Loukia has extensive experience in the areas of asset-based lending, secured transactions and debtor-in-possession financing.

Her expertise includes conducting and analyzing lien searches and the preparation of financing statements and intellectual property filings.

Loukia has worked on multi-million dollar financing transactions that have involved lender syndicates and multiple borrowers where the collateral has included working capital assets, real property, intellectual property, deposit accounts and securities.

Her experience includes cross border transactions.
