Represented Ambow Education Holding Ltd. in its uplisting from The OTCBB to The New York Stock Exchange. In connection with the offering, Ambow sold 1,800,000 American Depositary Shares (“ADSs”), each representing two (2) of its Class A Ordinary Shares, at US$4.25 per ADS. Gross proceeds to the company were US$7,650,000, before deducting underwriting discounts, commissions and other related expenses.
