“[The U.S. capital markets] has been a very hot market for us over the last few years, and some of it has to do with Hong Kong as well as mainland China, with these exchanges not being as hot as they were in the years past.” He adds, “And so, we have seen a number of companies that are in the Asia-Pacific region that have been looking over the last few years to access the U.S. markets. One of the reasons why is because it's been really hard to get through a Hong Kong listing if you're a small company.”
