Represented the sponsor and underwriters in the initial public offering of Haina Intelligent Equipment International Holdings Limited ( “Haina Intelligent”) (1645.HK) on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, raising approximately HK$160 million. Haina Intelligent is a manufacturer engaging in the design and production of automated machines for manufacturing disposable hygiene products, including baby diapers, adult diapers and lady sanitary napkins in the PRC.
