Steve Woo has a wide range of corporate and commercial experience, concentrating on corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions transactions. He is extensively involved in securities work, and has assisted numerous clients with their listings on the Main Board and the GEM Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
