Loeb Represents Underwriter BTIG in Willow Lane Acquisition Corp.’s $126.5 Million Initial Public Offering

Loeb & Loeb represented the managing underwriter, BTIG, in connection with the initial public offering of Willow Lane Acquisition Corp., a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC). The SPAC issued 12,650,000 units, including 1,650,000 units issued through the full exercise of the underwriters’ over-allotment option, at a price of $10.00 per unit. The offering generated gross proceeds of $126.5 million.

The company’s units began trading on Nov. 8, 2024, on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker symbol "WLACU," and closed on Nov. 12.
