Pamela Ozga is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Investments & Transactions department. Pamela represents clients in a broad range of real estate transactions, including joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions of commercial properties, mortgage, mezzanine and construction financings and distressed assets and debt. She also represents landlords and tenants in office, retail and industrial leasing transactions.
