Chelsea M. Maehara

Chelsea Maehara is primarily engaged in the firm’s Real Estate and Trusts and Estates practices. She has extensive experience working on all aspects of lender-side commercial real estate and construction loans, including due diligence, drafting loan agreements, and facilitating the pre- and post-closing processes. Chelsea works on various real estate transactions, including the buying and selling of commercial property, leasing agreements, acquisitions, and title and estate issues. Her experience also includes corporate governance, business entity formation and restructuring, and exempt organization formation.
