Patrick MacMurray

Patrick MacMurray is a seasoned corporate and securities lawyer with extensive experience representing foreign and domestic issuers, underwriters and investors in complex public and private securities transactions. He regularly handles business combinations, private placements, SPAC IPOs, SEC reporting obligations, and exchange listing and compliance issues. He also advises clients on corporate governance, capital market transactions and other general corporate matters. 

Prior to joining the firm, Patrick held senior counsel positions at an AmLaw 25 law firm, a bulge-bracket global investment bank and a leading U.S. based financial services firm, where he advised on, among other things, domestic and cross-border financings in Europe, Central America, South America and Australia.
