Davea Livingstone focuses her practice on a variety of commercial finance and banking transaction including senior secured, first-lien and second-lien loans, subscription financings, leveraged acquisition financings, term and revolving credit facilities and other general corporate financings. She has experience advising major commercial banks, direct lending institutions and corporate borrowers in a broad range of finance transactions.
