Joshua E. Hollander is a litigation partner in Loeb & Loeb’s New York office. He has over a decade of experience litigating high-stakes complex commercial, software and technology, real estate, securities and business tort cases throughout the country. Josh has represented global corporations, mid-cap companies and high net worth individuals in all phases of litigation, from pre-complaint investigations to large-scale discovery, through dispositive motion practice, trial and appeals, on both the plaintiff and defense side.
