At Loeb, Danielle maintains a broad entertainment practice, focusing on music, media, merchandise and intellectual property transactions. She has extensive experience negotiating record deals, licensing deals, brand partnerships deals, video game soundtrack agreements, video production agreements, influencer agreements and copyright infringement claims, as well as crafting strategic solutions that drive success in today’s fast-paced industry. With her record label background and understanding of the business from both a legal and creative perspective, combined with excellent relationships with industry executives and attorneys, Danielle provides her clients with a unique lens and strategic counsel on all music and media deals.

Prior to joining Loeb, Danielle held pivotal roles as the director of business and legal affairs for Warner Records (Warner Music Group) and counsel for Universal Music Group/Verve Label Group.
