Danielle M. Benson

Reni Benson maintains a practice focused on structuring and negotiating commercial agreements in the technology, financial services, media, retail and consumer products industries. Her experience includes leading transactions involving SaaS and cloud computing, software and data licensing, IT and telecommunications services, and professional services. She has also represented clients in a variety of public and private mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures, as well as provided intellectual property advice and support to general corporate clients.  

While in law school, Reni served as a legal intern for the Legal Aid Society’s Juvenile Rights Practice and president of Columbia’s Black Law Students Association.
