Loeb Represents Guangdong Syntrust GK in Listing of Shares on GEM of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong

Loeb & Loeb represented Guangdong Syntrust GK Testing and Certification Tech Service Center, a state-owned enterprise providing construction engineering testing and inspection services and food testing services, in the listing of its H shares on GEM of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.

The listing raised HK$101 million, making it the largest GEM fundraising in 2024. Huajin Corporate Finance (International) Limited and Yue Xiu Securities Company Limited served as joint sponsors.
