Loeb & Loeb represented MindWorks, an innovative Hong Kong-based venture capital fund, in its Series B investment in Singapore-based Finture Pte. Ltd., the operator of YUP, a mobile app and fintech platform providing innovative financial services to individual customers in Indonesia. MindWorks served as the lead investor in the Series B round.
The transaction closed in August 2024, with the total amount of Finture’s Series B financing at US$30 million.
