Loeb & Loeb represented the law firm Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan in signing a lease for a new 132,000-square-foot office in New York’s Midtown South Textile Building. The office spans three floors and is the largest lease in Midtown South this year.
The law firm, with over 1,000 lawyers globally, will maintain its "work from anywhere" policy. The Manhattan office offers flexibility, allowing frequent office-goers to use traditional offices and those visiting less often to utilize unassigned "hoteling" offices.
Owners of the Textile Building recently spent $350 million to redevelop the century-old, 700,000 square-foot property. Quinn Emanuel is the first tenant to secure a lease following the renovation.
The lease was handled by Loeb Real Estate partner Scott Schneider.
