Loeb & Loeb represented SL Green Realty, Manhattan’s largest office landlord, in connection with the signing of a 15-year lease at 450 Park Avenue, New York City, to BlueCrest Capital Management.
450 Park Avenue is one of over 30 commercial properties owned by SL Green Realty across New York City. The British-American hedge fund joins a string of major tenants and will occupy the 30th and 31st floors of the building, totaling 21,640 square feet.
