Loeb Partners Ann Chen and Rodney Lee Named in Los Angeles Business Journal’s 2023 Leaders of Influence: Minority Attorneys List

Loeb & Loeb is proud to announce that Capital Markets & Corporate partner Ann Chen and Trusts & Estates partner Rodney Lee were selected for inclusion in the Los Angeles Business Journal’s 2023 Leaders of Influence: Minority Attorneys list. This year’s award recognizes 96 Los Angeles-based standout minority lawyers who are "considered to be particularly impactful on the legal scene while serving as trusted advisors in the LA region."

In an accompanying profile, Ann is highlighted for providing "thoughtful, pragmatic" corporate advice and helping "public and private corporate clients navigate the waters of mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures and corporate issues." Rodney is recognized in his profile for his commitment to helping others, especially the Black community, and serving as a trusted advisor with regard to trust and estate matters. In particular, he is noted for helping affluent Black individuals pass down wealth to their future generations.
